RECIPES: Goat Cheese & tomatoes Tart !

Let’s cook a home-made tomatoes & goat cheese tart 🍅
It’s really easy! Just follow the steps below to get started.
📝 Ingredients :
- 1 tart shell
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 goat log La Belle du Bocage
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and peper
🍴 Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Meanwhile, roll out the dough in a pie pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Put the pie shell to pre-bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the hot oven.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them, and goat cheese into slices.

Spread mustard on the crust (mustard is such a perfect condiment for tomatoes!). Place the tomato slices on the dough and arrange the goat slices on top of the tomatoes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Put the pie in the oven until the goat is melted, and the pastry is golden brown (about 20 minutes).

Serve with a green salad for a light dinner! 🍴
