San Daniele & Goat cheese rolls

Let’s cook San Daniele ham & goat cheese rolls ⚡️
These prosciutto and cheese rolls are easy to make, but they are small flavoured bombs with a mouthful of ecstasy. A blend of Mediterranean flavours of prosciutto, goat cheese, lemon and olive oil: an explosion of flavours in the mouth guaranteed !

📝 Ingredients :
Serve for 4 people

110g soft goat cheese

5 tablespoons finely chopped basil leaves

1 garlic clove, crushed

6 thin slices of San Daniele

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 Tablespoo, lemon juice
🍴 Instructions :
- Combine goat cheese, basil, into a mixing bowl. Mince and add the clove of garlic. Gradually add the oil in a net and work until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Place prosciutto on a flat surface and place a heaped teaspoon of goat cheese mixture on one end. Cut out small rectangles and roll up the rectangle to enclose.

Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up the stuffing.

Arrange the prosciutto rolls nicely on a serving plate, drizzle with the oil and lemon juice mixture making sure to get each roll and serve 🍴
💡For Extra Foodies
You can replace the goat cheese by fresh goat cheese or feta.
And for more taste, you can serve there rolls with an homemade pesto sauce. #YUMMY
