Moulin du Calanquet - Olive Oil Assemblage Variety (750ml)
Moulin du Calanquet specialises in the production of mono-varietal olive oils. Each variety is great used with specific dishes.
The mill of Calanquet works its own olives as well as those of the various olive growers of the Valley of the Baux de Provence in traditional varieties and only in green fruity.
To avoid any fermentation before production, the olives are transported and processed within 24 hours of harvest. Other requirements, such as health and maturity, are checked to guarantee the quality of the oil.
The Assemblage olive oil represents the'cuvée' of the Moulin. It reveals different flavours at different stages of tasting.
