Born in the 13th century in the Thônes valley, Reblochon is the Savoyard cheese par excellence. Made from a particularly creamy milk from an Alpage fruit-growing area, it seduces with its good hazelnut taste.
Located in Genevois, at the foot of Mont Salève in the commune of Beaumont (Haute-Savoie), the BOUCHET cheese dairy has been in operation since 1955. They specialise in the production, maturing, processing and sale of raw milk Alpage cheeses.
