Cooking Instructions:

Once product is thawed out it is not recommended to be re-frozen.

Remove frozen pucks from the case and place on a floured or oiled surface. Allow to thaw for approximately 24hrs in a refrigerator, or 4-6hrs at ambient, keeping the product covered during thawing. When the dough puck is approximately double its original size it is ready for use. Press the dough out to the required diameter. Apply topping as desired and bake. Once defrosted, product should be held in refrigerator and used within 24 hours.
